Welcome to MeetAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of MeetAI's AI-powered recruitment platform, including but not limited to candidate screening, video interview services, AI-based assessments, and employer-recruiter interactions.
By accessing or using MeetAI, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use MeetAI.
1. Scope of Services
- MeetAI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) recruitment platform that enables job seekers, employers, and recruiters to streamline hiring processes through AI-powered automation.
- Services include video interviews, automated AI assessments, candidate screening, and job-matching services.
- These Terms apply to all users, including free and premium account holders, employers, and API integrators.
2. Account Registration, Responsibilities & Security
- Users must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
- MeetAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and are advised to use strong passwords.
- MeetAI is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords, credential leaks, or phishing attempts.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
- Users agree not to misuse MeetAI, including but not limited to:
- Submitting false job offers or misleading job descriptions.
- Using MeetAI to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against candidates or employers.
- Uploading inappropriate or illegal content (offensive language, explicit material, fake identities).
- Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer the platform, or bypass access restrictions.
- Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
4. Service Availability & Liability for Interruptions
- MeetAI strives to provide continuous, high-quality service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- MeetAI shall not be liable for service failures caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance or urgent updates.
- Cyberattacks, DDoS, ransomware, or security breaches.
- Cloud infrastructure failures (DigitalOcean, third-party providers).
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
- Users acknowledge that MeetAI does not offer refunds for temporary service disruptions.
5. Free Trial Limitations
- Free trial accounts are limited to specific features (as outlined on the pricing page) and may be suspended at any time without notice.
- No guarantees are provided for data storage or continuity of service during or after the trial period.
- Trial users must comply with all applicable Terms and may be subject to additional usage restrictions.
6. AI Responsibility Disclaimer
- Our platform uses AI technologies to assist in candidate discovery, engagement, and interviewing. While we aim for high-quality and accurate results, we do not guarantee the outcome of any AI-based interaction or hiring recommendation.
- Users are solely responsible for final decisions based on AI data.
- MeetAI utilizes AI-based algorithms to assist with candidate evaluation and job-matching.
- AI-generated assessments are recommendations only; final hiring decisions rest with employers.
- MeetAI does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not liable for hiring decisions made using its platform.
- Users acknowledge that AI-driven insights are based on probabilistic models and may contain inaccuracies or unintended biases.
- Users have the right to request a manual review of any AI-generated assessment they believe to be inaccurate or biased.
7. Employer & Recruiter Obligations
- Employers must comply with all applicable labor and anti-discrimination laws when using MeetAI.
- Data provided by candidates must be used solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.
- Employers must not engage in unethical hiring practices, including discriminatory job postings or misleading candidate evaluations.
- Employers and recruiters agree not to resell, redistribute, or share candidate data obtained through MeetAI without explicit written consent from MeetAI.
- MeetAI reserves the right to verify employer identities before allowing access to candidate databases.
- MeetAI may request business registration documents or proof of legitimacy before activating certain accounts.
- Any violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
8. Subscription Plans, Payments & Refunds
- MeetAI offers various subscription plans, including free and premium tiers.
- Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.
- All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard, and cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused features or time.
- MeetAI reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription terms with prior notice.
8.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are securely processed by our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe).
- MeetAI does not store or access your full payment information.
- Disputes regarding transactions must be first raised with the payment provider.
8.2 Fair Usage Policy
- Your plan includes a predefined volume of usage. Excessive usage or abuse of the service, such as running automated scripts to exploit enrichments, AI interviews, or LinkedIn automation beyond the plan limits, may result in account suspension or additional charges.
9. Fair Use Policy – Interview Duration Limit
To ensure optimal performance and fair access for all users, MeetAI enforces a Fair Use Policy regarding the total duration of AI-led interviews.
Interview Time Allocation
Each subscription plan includes a monthly interview time quota calculated as follows: Number of interviews included per month × 15 minutes
For example:
- A plan with 300 interviews per month allows up to 4,500 minutes of total interview time.
- A plan with 100 interviews per month allows up to 1,500 minutes of total interview time.
Clients are free to distribute this time as they wish—some interviews may last 10 minutes, others 20—provided that the total time does not exceed the monthly quota.
Overage Policy
If the total monthly interview time exceeds the allocated limit, each additional minute will be automatically billed at $0.80 per minute.
MeetAI also reserves the right to:
- Restrict access to certain features,
- Suspend the account temporarily or permanently,
- Or terminate the subscription in cases of repeated or excessive misuse.
Recommendations
We recommend keeping each interview between 7 and 15 minutes to ensure optimal AI response quality and user experience. If you anticipate higher usage needs, please contact our team to discuss a custom enterprise plan.
10. Data Ownership & Retention
- All data submitted or generated through MeetAI, including video interviews, resumes, and AI assessments, becomes the exclusive property of MeetAI.
- Users grant MeetAI an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use their data for platform optimization and service improvement.
- MeetAI retains user data for 10 years, unless legally required to retain it for a longer period.
- Users may request deletion of personal data. Upon request, MeetAI will permanently delete personal data within 90 days, except where legal obligations require retention.
11. AI Model Training & Data Usage
- Users grant MeetAI permission to use anonymized data to improve AI models.
- MeetAI does not use personally identifiable information (PII) for AI training without explicit consent.
- Users may opt out of AI training-related data collection by submitting a request to info@timetomeet.ai.
12. Moderation, Fraud Prevention & Account Suspension
- MeetAI actively monitors user activity to detect fraudulent behavior.
- MeetAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in:
- Posting fraudulent job listings.
- Engaging in scams, phishing, or fraudulent hiring practices.
- Misrepresenting job descriptions, salaries, or hiring terms.
13. Protection Against Automated Requests & Data Scraping
- Users agree not to:
- Use bots, automated scripts, or crawlers to access MeetAI's platform.
- Extract or scrape candidate data, job postings, or AI insights for external use.
- Bypass any rate-limiting, authentication, or security measures.
- MeetAI may block or ban any user or IP address engaging in these activities.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Delaware)
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable arbitration laws.
15. Compliance with U.S. Export Laws
- MeetAI complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.
- Users confirm that they are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of a country subject to U.S. trade restrictions or sanctions.
16. GDPR Compliance & Data Requests (EEA Users)
- For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), MeetAI complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- For EU-based users, MeetAI does not store or process personal data within the EU. As a US-based service provider, we comply with GDPR principles to the best of our ability, including data minimization, user consent, and access rights.
- Users must ensure their own compliance when importing or processing candidate data via the platform.
- Users in the EEA have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data. Requests should be submitted via info@timetomeet.ai.
17. Updates & Notifications of Modifications to These Terms
- MeetAI will notify users of any significant updates to these Terms at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notifications.
- Users who continue to use the platform after this period agree to the revised Terms.
18. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All trademarks, logos, software, and content related to MeetAI are the exclusive property of MeetAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of MeetAI without explicit written permission.
- Unauthorized use of MeetAI's intellectual property will result in legal action.
19. Third-Party Integrations & External Services
- MeetAI may integrate with third-party services (e.g., background checks, video conferencing, HR software).
- MeetAI is not responsible for any failures, security breaches, or misuse of data by third-party services.
- Users are encouraged to review the Terms & Privacy Policies of any third-party integrations.
20. Liability Limitations & Disclaimer of Warranties
- MeetAI provides its platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- MeetAI does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% accurate.
- In no event shall MeetAI's liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months for the service.
- MeetAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its platform.
- MeetAI shall not be liable for:
- Hiring outcomes, employment decisions, or contract disputes.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
21. Termination & Account Closure
- MeetAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if a user violates these Terms.
- Users may request account deletion at any time, subject to data retention policies.
- MeetAI may terminate access to the platform without notice if deemed necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
22. Force Majeure
- MeetAI shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service due to circumstances beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires).
- Wars, terrorism, or political instability.
- Internet failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service disruptions.
- Users waive any claims against MeetAI for service failures caused by force majeure events.
23. Governing Language
- These Terms are written in English, and in case of translations, the English version will prevail.
- MeetAI is not responsible for errors in translation that may lead to misinterpretation of these Terms.

- MeetAI may enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with businesses that require compliance with GDPR and other data protection frameworks.
- Employers using MeetAI are responsible for ensuring that their job postings, recruitment practices, and hiring decisions comply with local, state, and national employment laws.
- MeetAI does not assume liability for non-compliance with labor laws by employers or recruiters.
26. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Clause
- Users agree that any disputes not resolved through informal negotiations shall be settled through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA.
- Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Class action lawsuits are prohibited – disputes must be handled individually.
27. Indemnification Clause
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetAI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the platform.
- Violations of these Terms.
- Hiring disputes, discrimination claims, or wrongful termination lawsuits.
- Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent job postings or fake applications.
- Violations of third-party rights, such as intellectual property infringement.
- Failure to comply with applicable laws when using MeetAI's services.
28. User-Generated Content & Public Posts
- If users post reviews, feedback, or testimonials on MeetAI, they grant MeetAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, or display this content for marketing and improvement purposes.
- MeetAI reserves the right to remove content that is deemed offensive, misleading, or violates any laws.
29. AI Decision-Making Transparency
- MeetAI does not make hiring decisions – AI-generated assessments serve only as decision support tools for employers.
- Candidates have the right to request an explanation of AI-based hiring decisions, in compliance with GDPR & AI Act regulations.
- Employers using automated decision-making tools must ensure compliance with local labor laws regarding AI use in hiring.
30. No Waiver Clause
- Failure of MeetAI to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
- Any waiver of a right must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MeetAI.
31. Survival Clause
- Certain provisions will survive account termination, including:
- Intellectual property rights.
- Data ownership & retention policies.
- Liability disclaimers & indemnification clauses.
32. Severability Clause
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
33. Compliance with AI Ethics and Regulatory Standards
- MeetAI complies with emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and other global frameworks governing automated decision-making in employment.
- Employers using AI-based hiring tools are responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-discrimination laws and fair hiring practices.
- MeetAI does not assume responsibility for biased hiring practices or unlawful use of AI insights by third parties.
34. Security Breaches & Incident Response
- MeetAI follows industry-standard security protocols to protect user data.
- In the event of a data breach, MeetAI will:
- Notify affected users within the legally required timeframe.
- Conduct an internal investigation and take necessary corrective actions.
- Comply with regulatory reporting obligations under GDPR, CCPA, and US data protection laws.
- Users are responsible for reporting suspected security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to MeetAI.
35. Changes to Business Operations
- MeetAI reserves the right to:
- Change, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at its discretion.
- Transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

36. Independent Contractor Status
- Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between MeetAI and its users.
- Users, including employers and candidates, operate as independent parties and cannot act on behalf of MeetAI.

- While MeetAI is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, international users agree that:
- Local laws may apply depending on their jurisdiction.
- Any legal disputes must still be resolved through arbitration or litigation in Delaware, unless explicitly prohibited by local law.
38. User Responsibilities for Accuracy of Information
- Users agree to provide only truthful and accurate information when registering, applying for jobs, or posting job listings.
- MeetAI is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations made by users.
- MeetAI reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts found to be providing false or misleading information.
39. No Employment Guarantee & Liability Disclaimer
- MeetAI is a technology provider and does not guarantee job placements, employment contracts, or hiring outcomes.
- Users acknowledge that employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions.
- MeetAI shall not be held liable for disputes, wrongful termination, salary discrepancies, or breaches of employment contracts.
40. Fraudulent Job Listings & Candidate Identity Verification
- MeetAI reserves the right to review, remove, or suspend any job listing deemed fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of labor laws.
- MeetAI does not conduct background checks on candidates and is not responsible for fraudulent applications.
- Employers are responsible for verifying candidate credentials before making hiring decisions.
41. Data Portability & User Data Requests
- Users have the right to request a copy of their personal data stored on MeetAI.
- MeetAI provides data export functionality for users who wish to migrate their data to another service.

42. Compliance with Fair AI Practices & Transparency
- MeetAI is committed to fair AI practices and ensures that its AI models are regularly audited for bias and fairness.

43. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
- MeetAI uses cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze performance, and improve services.

44. Third-Party Advertisements & Marketing Communications
- MeetAI may display third-party job postings, sponsored content, or advertisements on its platform.

- MeetAI does not endorse any external advertisers or third-party services displayed on the platform.
45. Account Sharing & Unauthorized Use
- Each MeetAI account is strictly personal and cannot be shared among multiple users.
- Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
- MeetAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or account sharing.
46. Governing AI Liability & Decision-Making Limitations
- MeetAI only provides AI-assisted decision-making tools and does not make hiring decisions.
- Employers remain fully responsible for hiring decisions based on AI evaluations.
- MeetAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI assessments and shall not be liable for any employment consequences resulting from their use.
47. No Compensation for Service Downtime
- MeetAI does not guarantee 100% uptime and shall not offer financial compensation for temporary service disruptions.
- No refunds or credits shall be granted for technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or external events beyond MeetAI's control.
48. Governing Laws for Users Outside the U.S.
- While MeetAI operates under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, users outside the U.S. acknowledge that:
- Local laws may apply depending on their country of residence.
- Legal disputes shall be resolved under Delaware jurisdiction, unless explicitly prohibited by local law.
49. Ethics & Code of Conduct for Recruiters & Employers
- All employers and recruiters using MeetAI must adhere to professional conduct standards when interacting with candidates.
- The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Requesting personal sensitive information (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.).
- Pressuring candidates into making quick or uninformed decisions.
- Using MeetAI to bypass local labor laws or engage in unethical hiring practices.
- MeetAI reserves the right to remove accounts and job listings found in violation of these ethical guidelines.
50. Special Terms for Enterprise Clients
- Some advanced features of MeetAI are reserved for enterprise clients under specific contracts.
- Enterprise clients with API access or customized solutions must:
- Sign a dedicated service agreement outlining mutual obligations.
- Agree to additional confidentiality and data protection terms.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations when using MeetAI services.
51. Legal Notice for AI & Automated Processing
- Users acknowledge that MeetAI uses AI-driven automated assessments, and interactions with the platform may be recorded and analyzed for service improvement.
- MeetAI provides human review options upon request for users challenging AI-generated hiring recommendations.
- Employers using AI-driven selection processes must disclose this to candidates and ensure compliance with transparency laws governing automated decision-making.
52. Data Breach Notification & Security Measures
- MeetAI employs industry-standard security protocols to protect user data.
- In case of a data breach, MeetAI will:
- Notify affected users as required by applicable laws.
- Take immediate action to contain, investigate, and mitigate potential risks.

53. AI Explainability & Transparency
- MeetAI is committed to explainable AI and provides:

54. No Unlawful Use of AI for Discrimination or Bias
- MeetAI strictly prohibits:
- AI-based discrimination in hiring based on race, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Employers from using MeetAI to create unlawful hiring filters that may lead to biased outcomes.
- MeetAI reserves the right to audit AI decision-making processes and disable access for violators.
55. AI System Updates & Performance Monitoring
- MeetAI continuously updates and improves AI models for accuracy and fairness.
- AI system changes may include:
- Algorithmic improvements based on user feedback.
- New compliance measures to meet emerging regulations.
- Performance monitoring to detect anomalies or biases.
56. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights Protection
- MeetAI owns all proprietary technology, AI models, and platform content.
- Unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution of MeetAI's technology is strictly prohibited.
- Users may not:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate MeetAI's software.
- Copy or sell AI-generated reports without written permission.
- Use MeetAI's branding, trademarks, or trade secrets without explicit consent.
57. Data Retention Policy & Right to Erasure
- MeetAI retains personal and professional data for 10 years, unless required otherwise by law.
