3. Eligibility
By using Meet AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts. Organizations using the platform must ensure their users meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration and Security
To access the platform, users must register an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
Use of certain services requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, fees, and billing terms are defined in your commercial agreement or available pricing page. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Free Trials
From time to time, we may offer limited-time free trials of certain services. These trials are subject to these Terms and may be terminated or modified at any time. At the end of a trial, standard billing terms apply unless a cancellation is received.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, source code, models, visual elements, training data, designs, software, and trademarks used in or related to Meet AI are the exclusive property of TimeToMeetAI Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

8. Data Usage and Ownership
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. All data provided or generated during the use of the platform — including interviews, analytics, scoring data — remains the property of TimeToMeetAI Inc., unless otherwise agreed contractually. Clients retain access to their input data and may request data export or deletion in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public, proprietary information received during the course of using or providing the service. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement.

10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
– Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
– Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
– Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software
– Harass, impersonate, or exploit other users
– Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

11. Third-Party Services and Integrations

12. Service Availability and Modifications

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeToMeetAI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from use or inability to use the service.
